Ever imagined a world with free mobile communications? You may have just seen a flicker of hope with VoIP, right? Guess what - Fring is up with a plan, and it’s to provide free VoIP mobile communication capabilities for users of Windows mobile phones! This wouldn’t be news for those Nokia mobile phone users, but this just may be the answer for those Windows mobile phone users who just can’t stop thinking about VoIP and its promise of providing them with free VoIP mobile communication capabilities!
Fring is a mobile phone freeware program that offers free unlimited instant messaging capabilities via your mobile phone’s internet connectivity. This mobile phone application is also capable of allowing users of mobile phones with built-in internet connectivity to make free unlimited VoIP calls. This software program currently provides support for Nokia mobile phones, but its developers have recently launched its plans of providing Windows Mobile 5.0 and 6.0 support.
Fring is up and working on those Symbian-powered Nokia mobile phones. Unfortunately, especially for those Mac enthusiasts, Fring doesn’t provide iPhone support. This mobile phone freeware program provides access to the instant messaging and IP-calling functions of GoogleTalk, Skype, MSN Messenger, Twitter and SIP. It can also allow Nokia mobile phone users and pretty soon Windows mobile phone enthusiasts to unify all their contacts across these IM clients into a single list accessible to Fring.
fring doesn’t support mobile video conferencing yet, but don’t blame its developers since there still isn’t a good mobile video conferencing software program out in the
market, right? Now the only problem for those who all want free mobile VoIP communication capabilities is how to make mobile internet access totally free of charge! How about free WiFi internet access? Can mobile phones use this wireless internet frequency to make totally free VoIP calls and instant messages through Fring? Let’s hope some geniuses create a software application to access free wireless internet capabilities through mobile phones, and let’s hope for free WiFi internet connectivity on a global scale.

Fring doesn’t support the older Windows Mobile 2003 OS.

NoWinMo 2003
The statement made above is true, yes I do know that fring will not work on devices running Windows Moblie 2003SE or older. To answer your question I’m not so sure, but I will look into this and will advise.
