For students there are perhaps fewer things more frustrating than having to dig through their backpack for their iPod every time they want to change the music, pause the music, stop the device, adjust the volume, or make any other adjustments to their iPod.
The iPod-Controlling Electronics Backpack helps get rid of this frustration. With this backpack, the iPod can be kept in the front pocket and can stay there while the user makes any needed adjustments to their musical device. The ipod plugs into a jack on the inside of the pocket and there is a universal jack located on the exterior of the left strap. This jack is where the headphones can be plugged in. The iPod becomes fully functional through a control panel on the left strap and this panel allows access to volume control, pause and stop functions, and the menu.

It’s great to see the advances that are being made in the world of technology on a daily basis. Things are constantly becoming improved and there is no limit to the number of new products coming out into the market every day. But with all of the advancement, it leaves some of the old beloved devices in the dust.
These technological advances are changing the way we listen to music. Where back in the fifties and sixties, there were eight-tracks and LP’s, today we have iPods and cell phones that we can plug right into and listen to music just about anywhere we are. So what is one to do with all of those old records that are now just gathering dust? While it’s okay to keep them as nostalgia pieces, it would be nice to be able to transfer all of the records into a more modern version that can also be taken wherever the listener wants to go.

Keeping the mind sharp and the brain always thinking is important to most people. With all kinds of gadgets that do our thinking for us nowadays, it can sometimes be difficult to find a device that will exercise the mind. The handheld Brain Training Game is a really fun way to keep the mind going. And if you think your brain has enough power in it already, this game can be used just for some good old-fashioned fun (well, in a modern kind of way!)
This gadget was designed by Japanese neuroscientist, Dr. Ryuta Kawashima and activates the brain by working the frontal cortex. This is the part of the brain that controls the creativity, memory, and communication functions of the brain. The game consists of a series of programs that will quickly stimulate the brain to enhance mental agility. The programs have tests that require the user to add, subtract, multiply, and divide as quickly as possible. Other tests include tests for memorization, and remembering as many numbers as possible. The unit keeps track of the users progress by recording the score of each test and how long it took the user to complete the test.
